Whatcom County’s sales tax revenue stream over time

Currently, Whatcom County predicts that the 0.2% sales tax will create $13.8 million in revenue in 2024. If we assume a 4% growth rate in sales tax over the next 12 years, then revenue in 2035 will be just over $21 million.
