How much of Whatcom County’s sales tax could be used for behavioral health and jail diversion in 2024?

Bellingham and Whatcom County have expressed their intention to use 50% or more of the collected revenues for behavioral health and jail diversion, provided there is sufficient revenue to pay off the bond for the jail.
